Tessa Morrison MSN, FNP-C
Originally from Davenport, IA, Tessa moved to Tennessee with her husband, dog (Orianna), and cat (Cleo) in 2018. Her passion has been in caring for patients for over the past 10+ years. Tessa's core background is in cardiovascular nursing and geriatrics.
She received her MSN from Graceland University in Iowa and her BSN from Clarke University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tao. Tessa is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine.

She enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, yard work, etc.; sewing, crafts, playing board games and spending time with family.
Carlotta Bowden MSN, FNP-BC
Born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee and I am proud to care for the community I call home. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Austin Peay State University. Before becoming a provider, I worked for four years as a registered nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, which helped shape my patient-centered approach to care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dachshunds. I value building genuine relationships with my patients and strive to provide comfortable, approachable, and compassionate primary care for individuals and families of all ages.
Debbie McClintock, MA
A true Clarksvillian, born and raised. Wife of 32 years with Kevin, mom of 2 children: Shane and Sami, Grammy D to 4 amazing little boys: Archer, Edward, Boogie Bear, and Jacob. Mom to 2 dogs Bandit Ray and Nieko Bear, a cat named little bit.

She has a CDA from Western Kentucky, classes with Nashville State; and 8 years of online Business Management Classes. She completed her MA at Austin Peay University.

She has enjoyed working for Compass Family Health. Favorite part is the positive, family atmosphere, and wonderful patients. She loves the family and comradery we have created at the clinic.

She enjoys spending time with family, friends, camping, zoo's, aquariums, bonfire's and crafts.
Kate M, Phlebotomist, MA
Originally from Ohio, I’m a wife, mom, and devoted dog lover—currently counting down the days until a few ducks officially join the family. I bring a steady hand, a calm demeanor, and a good sense of humor to everything I do. My favorite part of the day? Drawing your blood—quickly, skillfully, and with as little fuss as possible. The office vampire.
Shane C, Front Desk Associate
Born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee, he brings an energetic spirit wherever he goes. When he’s not playing a game of billiards, he’s usually cracking jokes and keeping the mood light. He loves to laugh, make others laugh, and doesn’t take life too seriously—so don’t be surprised if it’s hard to take him seriously either.
