Body Mass Index

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a basic measurement of an individual over 21 by comparing  weight and height. Use the link below to calculate your BMI (Note: BMI does not take into account muscle mass or activity level).

Quick Tips & Preventative Care:

  1. Nutrition

    • Maximum of 1800 calories per day

    • Increasing protein and limiting fats / carbohydrates

    • Limit processed foods

    • Drinking 80 - 100 ounces of water daily

  2. Exercise​​

    • 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly

      • Low-moderate intensity cardio​

      • Resistance training focused on muscular endurance and hypertrophy

  3. Check the following:

    • Limiting stress

    • 7-9 hours of consecutive & quality sleep

    • Quarterly primary care visits
