Quick Tips & Preventative Care:

  1. Nutrition

    • DASH Diet

    • Limiting sodium intake to less than 2 grams per day

    • Drinking 80 - 100 ounces of water daily

  2. Exercise​​

    • 2-3 days of low-intensity cardio including walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming​

    • 2-3 days of body weight or exercise band training focused on muscular endurance
